Eduteck is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for its products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. In alignment with the Government of India’s regulations and customer rights, Eduteck offers a refund policy under specific terms and conditions. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the package within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for Refund:
In all other cases, refunds will be processed with standard deductions for delivery and administrative charges. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Upon processing a refund, the package will be classified as an expired package in the Customer's Mobile Application account. Customers may reorder the same package by completing a new purchase.
Additional Terms: Customers are advised to carefully review the syllabus and content of the books before ordering. Once an order has been placed and subsequently returned, standard deductions for delivery and administrative charges will apply. To ensure the suitability of the package, customers are encouraged to view available demo videos on YouTube or consult the demo kit for each subject and grade level prior to placing an order. All refunds will include standard deductions for delivery and administrative charges.
In the event that a customer requests a refund, the direct distributor, as well as any affiliate distributors who earned a commission from the sale, will have their earnings adjusted accordingly. The adjustment will be reflected in the distributor’s Mobile Application under the "Earnings" section, and all affected distributors will be notified.
Eduteck will not require distributors to repay earned commissions directly; instead, any adjustments will be accounted for in future sales.
Account Blocking and Reactivation: If multiple refund requests are processed under the same distributor, and the distributor’s earnings balance falls below INR 1,000 (reaching a negative balance), the distributor’s account will be temporarily blocked. To reactivate the account, the distributor must clear the negative balance by making a corresponding payment.
